Content in Motion

The work below spans eLearning course design, learning architecture and design, video and motion, internal communications, and client facing enablement across corporate L&D, EdTech, public school systems, and independent projects.

eLearning & Course Design

Itโ€™s Pizza Time!

Articulate 360 demo

This Articulate 360 course is designed from the ground up to make learners comfortable with the basics of mobile attribution. It uses multiple content modalities across video, animation, as well as interactive elements to serve varied learning styles; formative assessments at key points to reinforce retention rather than just test recall; and extended learning opportunities for anyone who wants to go deeper. The content was structured so a new hire could complete the course and immediately apply what they'd learned.

Scaffolding Design For Difficulty

Labster - Design Thinking & Enablement

Good pedagogy is largely invisible, and that is by design. However, when the science that underpins a learning system can't be seen, it can't be understood, trusted, or defended.

This video unveils how scaffolding is deliberately removed, how feedback logic shifts, and how real-world complexity is introduced as learners progress. Made specifically for engineers and level designers, the goal is to make the architecture understandable to all.

Learning & Development

Fraud? Not On Our Watch.

Adjust - Internal L&D

Fraud awareness training produced end-to-end for Adjust's internal L&D program. Original character design, illustration, hand-lettered typography, music, script, and voiceover was built to cover a technically dense subject (mobile ad fraud, SDK spoofing, compliance fraud) without losing the audience. The visual style was a deliberate choice: if the content is dry by nature, the delivery shouldnโ€™t be.

Understanding Pedagogy in Under Two Minutes

Labster - Explaining Complex Concepts

Building trust and gaining buy-in from a room full of stakeholders is a difficult task, but introducing Bloom's Taxonomy and Gagne's 9 Events to people evaluating quarterly revenue targets requires a completely different kind of design thinking.

Built to explain the technical foundations of learning architecture and pedagogy to a non-specialist audience clearly, accurately, and without condescension, this presentation covers how Bloom's and Gagne's combine into practical learning experience design decisions. The twist: I had to do it in 120 seconds or less.

Internal Comms & Enablement

What's New in Adjust IQ โ€” Monthly L&D Broadcast

Adjust

Rather than a newsletter, I produced a monthly video broadcast to keep the company informed of new courses, platform updates, and key product knowledge. Scripted, hosted by an animated avatar, and produced end-to-end, this is one episode from an ongoing series that ran throughout my tenure It aims to engage and inspire the viewer, as well as inform, in order to create higher retention.

Ideas Worth Stealing

Adjust - Best Practice Sharing

Most internal blogs die in obscurity because nobody notices they exist. This one didn't.

To launch the internal blog Ideas Worth Stealing I produced a horror movie trailer about the crimes people were committing in online meetings during the early days of the pandemic

The blog itself ran well beyond lockdown, eventually drawing guest writers and content creators from teams across the company, including leadership. The format was simple: practical tips, techniques, and practices that made everyday work easier, more fun, and more efficient. Cross-functional, genuinely useful, and most importantly, something people actually wanted to read.

Sales & Onboarding Enablement

Adjust - Product Onboarding

Meet Your Customer

Adjust - Sales Enablement

Produced end-to-end for a sales enablement program, this onboarding course turns the e-commerce customer persona into an actual character with a problem and a journey. Replacing a standard slide of bullet points with a relatable character and story helps new hires absorb and retain complex information that will help them meet their sales goals.

Level-Up: Onboarding the Games Vertical

Rather than dropping a standard explainer into a new context, this onboarding training for Adjustโ€™s gaming vertical was built in an 8-bit game world: pixel art environments, an animated character navigating real customer pain points, and the Adjust platform introduced as the solution. Script, character design, pixel art assets, animation, and editing were all self produced. When the audience is gamers, the learning experience should feel like it was made for them.

Freelance & Commercial

Occasionally the work has taken me outside L&D entirely. These pieces were built for agencies and commercial clients โ€” scripted, produced, and edited end to end. They're here because production range is worth showing, even when the context isn't a learning environment.

Pexip / Logitech โ€” B2B product promo

Freelance ยท Agency commission

Scripted, voiced, and edited a product promo for a Logitech video conferencing solution integrated with the Pexip platform. Built using Logitech corporate assets alongside original B-roll. Audience was B2B buyers evaluating enterprise video hardware so the script had to move fast, stay clear on features, and make a fairly dry product category feel worth paying attention to.

When L&D Meets the Product Team

Adjust - Client Facing Content

When the marketing and customer success teams needed a client-facing product video introducing the new SKAdNetwork dashboard they came to me for the voiceover, animations, and editing. The result is a 60-second product explainer that walks existing clients through what the feature does, what data it surfaces, and why it matters for their reporting workflows.
